SUN-SENTINEL: Delray Beach has reached a settlement with an Orlando software company over a failed collaboration to bring computer access to city services such as building permits and licenses.
The city paid Innoprise Software Inc. $18,750 and will be stuck with a more than $8,000 loss when the settlement is final. The City Commission voted at a special meeting to accept the figure, but assistant city attorney Brian Shutt said the papers have not yet been signed, so he can't discuss the lawsuit.
