DeKalb County launches self-service kiosk for driver's license services

DeKalb County in Georgia has upgraded its driver's license services with a self-service kiosk located inside the county clerk's office, according to a WJLE report.

The kiosk lets residents to complete a variety of transactions, including renewals, replacements, address changes and upgrades to driver's licenses and state IDs.The kiosk also accepts payments and takes photos.

The county's outside kiosk is for vehicle registration renewals only, and certain license types, such as CDLs and temporary licenses, cannot be processed through the self-service kiosk.
