Riverdale, N.J.-based RedyRef, a turnkey self-service kiosk solution provider, partnered with INADEV Corp., a mobile solutions provider based in MacLean, Va., to renovate two war memorial kiosks in Washington, D.C., this month, according to a RedyRef press release.
The interactive kiosks of the Korean War Memorial and World War II Memorial at the National Mall in D.C. were established by the American Battle Monuments Commission Each monument kiosk included updated hardware, "non-outdoor displays and the addition of ELO Touch hi-bright outdoor topper displays for running additional commemorative video," the announcement said.
"These kiosks are more than just conduits for presenting factual information. They're experiential portals for telling emotionally compelling stories that celebrate heroes and move people," Jitesh Sachdev, COO for INADEV, said in the release.
