Crane names executive officers following April separation

Crane Holdings Co., the parent company of Crane Merchandising Systems and Crane Payment Innovations and a manufacturer of industrial products, has named officers for Crane Co. following the parent company's separation into two publicly traded companies on April 3, according to a press release.

Crane Co. officers will be as follows:

  • Max Mitchell, president and chief executive officer of Crane Holdings Co., will serve in the same capacity at Crane Co.
  • Richard A. Maue, executive vice president and CFO, will continue to serve in the same capacity.
  • Anthony M. D'Iorio, executive vice president, general counsel and secretary, will continue in the same capacity.
  • Tami Polmanteer, executive vice president, chief human resources officer, will continue in the same capacity.
  • Alejandro Alcala, executive vice president, will continue in the same capacity.
  • Marijane Papanikolaou, vice president, controller and chief accounting officer, will join Crane on April 24, from Pitney Bowes, where she most recently serving as vice president, corporate controller.

Crane Co. will include the aerospace, electronics and process flow technologies businesses while Crane NXT will include the payment and merchandising technologies business.
