Crane Holdings names SVP/general counsel/secretary for Crane NXT

Crane Holdings, Co., a diversified manufacturer of engineered industrial products, has named Paul Igoe as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Crane NXT, which includes the payment and merchandising technologies business, according to a press release. He will report directly to Aaron Saak, Crane NXT's president and CEO.

Igoe previously served as EVP, general counsel, chief compliance officer and secretary of Excelitas Technologies Corp., a manufacturer of photonics solutions.

Crane NXT is scheduled to become an independent company on April 3, following completion of the previously announced separation transaction, and is expected to trade under the symbol "CXT" on the New York Stock Exchange.
