CPR training kiosk gains notice following cardiac arrest

Local media in Rochester, New York highlighted the importance of a CPR training kiosk after a high school basketball player went into cardiac arrest during a game last week, according to a mns.com report.

An athletic trainer at Monroe High School and a school safety officer helped the player who collapsed on the court.

The CPR training kiosk, sponsored by the University of Rochester and the American Heart Association, is located outside of the Dick's House of Sport in Eastview Mall near entrance.

The kiosk will remain outside of the Dick's House of Sport for the next several weeks.
