Convenience, but not for everyone

The New York Times: Self-service airline terminals and hotel kiosks have proven their value, but they remain a source of frustration for the disabled. In California, legislators are considering a bill requiring that all new kiosks beginning in 2010 be fully accessible to the blind, but many in the lodging industry claim that would be prohibitively expensive.
