Connected Technology Solutions is deploying a workflow automation software product, called Kwerk, for kiosks across all industries.
The software provides quick secure self-service without the need for onsite servers and streamlines admin processes by letting users check in, update demographics, sign forms and make payments, according to a press release.
It is fully customizable and can be branded to a customer's standards. Installation can be done remotely which reduces onsite expenses, according to the release.
Kwerk is integrated with AthenaHealth and Indian Health Services, with more integrations and deployments to be released in the fall of 2019.
"Patient self-service is just the beginning. Kwerk was designed and is implemented to facilitate workflows from all industries. By providing a cloud-based workflow solution on Chrome, Kwerk can be quickly implemented and launched to minimize the implementation take time and maximize ROI," said Ben Heise, director of new product development, in the release.
