Comark introduces Live Help interactive kiosks
August 15, 2010
Medfield, Mass-based Comark Corporation announced the launch of its Live Help Kiosks. With a simple touch to the kiosk screen, the user is connected to a live subject-matter expert who appears on the screen to engage in a one-on-one interactive conversation, as if they were in the same room. By creating a video driven, customized, live help desk, organizations can ensure that information is delivered in a consistent and controlled manner. The solution is ideal for retail, property management or general support applications, the company says.
Live Help Kiosks are available in a variety of styles, including stand-up, wall mount and desktop, for both indoor and outdoor applications. Each kiosk is configured with a computer, LCD, speakers, microphone, camera and touchscreen. Additional options such as wireless, barcode scanner, keyboard and printer are also available.
Partnered with Ucentrik Software, Comark incorporates multidirectional video into their kiosks, enabling organizations to provide an exceptional customer service experience anywhere a kiosk can be deployed.
