College students can buy parking permits via kiosk

NEWARK, Conn. -- The University of Delaware's office of human resources is joining forces with parking services to help students purchase parking permits online this fall.

The HR staff will assist students at a computer kiosk in the lobby of the parking services building. The kiosk is aimed at reducing long wait times for busy students.

The university's e-Park system has helped to improve customer service through its online application process. To date, the school has processed more than 6,000 online permit requests. Students pick up the permits at a separate location.
