BELLEVUE, Wash. - Coinstar Inc. (NASDAQ:CSTR) announced results for the three-month and full year periods ended Dec. 31, according to a news release.
Highlights for the full year 2004, which include the results of the acquisition of ACMI since July 7, 2004, include revenue of $307.1 million, EBITDA of $74.6 million, and free cash flow of $25.2 million. The company also reported adjusted earnings per fully taxed, fully diluted share of $1.06 and net income of $20.4 million.
According to the news release, highlights for the fourth quarter of 2004 include quarterly revenue of $109.8 million, EBITDA of $21.2 million and free cash flow of $6.1 million. The company reported adjusted earnings per fully taxed, fully diluted share of 26 cents and net income of $4.6 million for the quarter.
