No more frozen juice for you or anyone else.
Coca-Cola, which owns the frozen juice line Minute Maid, is leaving the frozen can category, so whatever is left in the freezer is a hot commodity.
The decision, according to a Coca-Cola statement, is in response to consumer preferences and the company is "focusing on products that better match what our consumers want," according to a CNN report.
Minute Maid frozen juices, which included everything from orange to raspberry lemonade, debuted via the Vacuum Foods Corporation in 1946 — which Coca-Cola bought in 1960. The Minute Maid name reflected the aspect of easy prep and convenience.
