The city of Cleveland has installed its first EV charging station, which residents can use for free at the Frederick Douglass Neighborhood Resource and Recreation Center in the Lee- Miles neighborhood, according to a wksu.org report.
Mayor Justin Bibb said the goal is to ensure Clevelanders feel supported investing in green vehicles. The station is the first in a series to be installed.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency provided $15,000 for the charging station.
