CityBase off to a strong 2021

CityBase, a provider of government and utility payment technology, has brought on several client engagements and expanded existing ones in the first five months of 2021, according to a press release from GTY, its parent company.

These engagements include:

  • New York City is working with CityBase to expand in-person payments citywide.
  • Lynchburg, Virginia, selected CityBase to provide 24/7-accessible, self-service payment kiosks.
  • Lawrence, Indiana, is working with CityBase for online, one-time and recurring utility payments and in-person kiosk payments.

CityBase is also working with utility companies to continue improving payment processes, including an energy provider in Michigan which has signed on for 43 payment kiosks, and KC Water in Kansas City, Missouri, which is launching self-service payment kiosks for utility payment processing.
