The Cincinnati Vital Records Office recently deployed several offsite kiosks where residents can request birth and death certificates, according to an announcement. In addition to the kiosks, the Cincinnati Vital Records Office is also providing staff assistance at offsite locations.
A kiosk and representatives are available at the Madisonville Cann Clinic and the Seven Hills WIC (Women, Infants and Children) office several days a week. Residents can also visit a kiosk at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center seven days a week. The city's wesite provides a listing of days and times when the kiosks and representatives are available.
Since the deployment, wait times at the vital records office have decreased significantly, according to the announcement. The office has also integrated online ordering with same day pickup for residents who don't wish to stand in line.
