ChoicePay adds 37 new billers to Vcom kiosk

January 2, 2007

TULSA, Okla. — Electronic payment provider ChoicePay has added 37 new billers, including six national companies, to the Vcom payment kiosk network, which has machines located in more than 1,100 select 7-Eleven stores nationwide. ChoicePay has been the exclusive provider of bill-payment services on Vcom since February 2004. With the addition of these new companies, there will be more than 100 different billers throughout the network.

Through its client relationship with MasterCard RPPS, ChoicePay will offer consumers the convenience of paying bills to T-Mobile, DIRECTV, Dish Network, Comcast, Geico Auto Insurance, Farmers Insurance Group, and many more. Consumers may use cash to pay several bills at one location in either English or Spanish, receive confirmation of the payment, and if needed, access a toll-free customer service phone number to help them with the transaction.

Consumers can pay bills to companies in their own communities as well. Other large regional billers on the network include Arizona Water Company, the City of Phoenix, the City of Portland, Portland General Electric, Florida Power & Light Company, Arlington County Virginia Treasurer's Office, Tampa Electric, Cox Communications San Diego, Kissimmee Utility Authority, Orlando Utility Companies and many others. Most of these billers offer same-day payment credit for the consumers who pay with cash.
