Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment names leadership group

Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment, which in May agreed to acquire Redbox, has formed a leadership team drawn from both companies, according to a press release.

As previously announced, entertainment and streaming industry veterans Galen Smith, executive vice chairman, and Jonathan Katz, president, will both report to William Rouhana, CEO and chairman.

Smith will oversee all long-term planning for the company, Reporting to him are:

• Peter Binazeski, senior vice president of corporate communications.
• Marisa Famulare, chief people officer.
• Jason Kwong, chief innovation officer.
• Chris Mitchell, chief financial officer.
• Elana Sofko, chief strategy officer.
• Fred Stein, chief legal officer.

Katz will oversee day-to-day operations. Reporting to him are:

• Michael Chamberlain, COO and president of Redbox Service.
• David Ellender, CEO, Studios.
• David Fannon, chief acquisitions and distribution officer.
• Mark Feldner, chief marketing officer.
• Philippe Guelton, chief revenue officer.
• Adam Mosam, chief digital officer.
