Centerville dry cleaner adds 24/7 kiosk service

Fox Cleaners, a long-standing local dry cleaning business in Ohio, has introduced a 24/7 dry cleaning and laundry kiosk at its Centerville location, according to a WDTN report. The automated system allows customers to drop off and pick up their items at any time, day or night.
Customers can create an account and place their items into a drop-off chute. They will then receive a text message notification when their order is ready for pickup from the secure kiosk.
According to owner Will Drook, the service is designed to accommodate busy schedules. "It frees up your time for when you can drop off or pick up so you're not in a hurry to get here or to get here during staffed hours," Drook told the news outlet. The service also allows for special requests, such as button replacements and stain treatments, to be noted by the customer.
