Fans at the 2020 World Series at Globe Life Stadium in Arlington, Texas, home to the Texas Rangers, have the opportunity to pay without cash, thanks to the installation of Cash-2-Card self-service kiosks from Reverse ATM, according to a press release.
The kiosks allow fans to use cash to receive a card they can use at concessions and at retail locations throughout the venue to shorten line wait times and reduce the risk of transmission of germs through paper currency.
The series between the Tampa Bay Rays and the Los Angeles Dodgers began on Oct. 20, with a potential Game 7 scheduled to be played on Oct. 28.
In addition to event venues like Globe Life Stadium, Reverse ATM works with businesses such as large retailers and restaurants throughout the U.S. and Canada.
