July 7, 2009
USA Today's Cruise Log: Carnival Cruise Lines is piloting self-check-in kiosks at its Port of Miami cruise terminal. The world's largest cruise line says that if the kiosks are met with positive response from passengers, the rollout will be expanded to the other year-round homeports. To use the kiosks, passengers must pre-register for cruises online and be a U.S. or Canadian citizen, or hold a Visa waiver country.
