Captain's Management Corp signs with WorldCom for 'Proof of Concept'

LAS VEGAS - Captain's Management Corporation - also known as Kiosk Solutions and Management International Inc. (KSMI) - has entered into an agreement for WorldCom to provide KSMI's broadband network with fixed wireless access technologies.

WorldCom will use a licensed radio frequency known as MMDS spectrum as well as traditional access methods such as T-1s and DSL service. The MMDS spectrum is presently being beta tested by WorldCom in Memphis, Tenn.

With this agreement WorldCom and KSMI will collaborate to "prove the concept" of both MMDS utility as well as KSMI technologies.

KSMI provides and integrates revenue sharing interactive touchscreen-based marketing and distribution systems, as well as, creative solutions to induce customer loyalty and purchases through premiums, clubs and interactive programming.
