Canteen enters master services agreement with Nayax

Nayax LLC, a subsidiary of Israel based Nayax Ltd., has agreed to provide software, subscription, equipment and services to Compass Group USA Inc., doing business as Canteen, according to a filing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The filing referenced the agreement as a "master" agreement.
Nayax has already supplied hardware and services to around 50,000 unattended points of sale managed by Canteen and several Canteen franchisees under a 2020 pilot agreement, according to the filing.
Going forward, Canteen will purchase at least 10,000 additional connected POS devices from Nayax under the agreement.
The agreement is for an initial period of 36 months and will automatically renew for subsequent one-year periods thereafter, unless terminated earlier by either party.
