Cannabis kiosk group teams up with armored car pick ups

Jane, a company that provides cash management for cannabis kiosks, announced it has partnered with Canna Security America to provide armored cash pick up for its dispensary and medical clients.

Jane, a company that provides cash management for cannabis kiosks, announced it has partnered with Canna Security America to provide armored cash pick up for its dispensary and medical clients, according to the press release.

Jane already protects cash inside kiosks by using a casino-grade internal cash vault, according to the release. It also uses real-time reporting to help retailers stay compliant with regulations.

With the new partnership, clients can make use of armored vehicles maned by armed personnel with security and military experience, according to the release. The vehicle has four HD cameras in every Mercedes Sprinter van, and the guards also wear body cameras.

"All of this technology and traceability is ideal for the partnership with Jane," said David Ellerstein, CEO of Jane. "The client will experience simplified, seamless and compliant cash management, all of which is very necessary in the industry."
