Canadian lottery to deploy Scientific Games POS technology

The Atlantic Lottery, a Canadian lottery, will deploy Scientific Games' Wave POS technology across its 3,000 locations in the Canadian provinces of New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, according to a press release.

Wave is a clerk-operated terminal designed for ease of use and speed of service in a variety of sizes.

The Wave terminals follow a rollout of Scientific Games' PlayCentral HD self-service kiosks for Atlantic Lottery throughout summer 2022, the first full player self-service technology in Canada.

The PlayCentral HD kiosks feature age verification as well as cash and cashless payment options.
