The city of Lethbridge, Canada, has managed to curb complaints about downtown parking after introducing new parking kiosks and parking zones this past May, according to globalnews.ca. The city has introduced more frequent payment options for downtown parking.
Dave Henley, a city official, said the city has removed time limits in parking zones. The city has also added instructions on how to use the kiosks and provided additional signage to help residents navigate parking zones.
