California relents on touchscreen balloting use for November election

Contra Costa Times.com: In an Aug. 9 order, California Secretary of State Kevin Shelley said Alameda County could use its Diebold AccuVote TS system in November's elections, largely overturning his April order decertifying electronic voting systems in Alameda and nine other California counties.
