Superior Grocers, a 45-store southern California supermarket chain, has partnered with the California Department of Motor Vehicles to offer DMV kiosks at 10 of its locations, according to Progressive Grocer.
The kiosks are now available at Superior Grocers locations in Los Angeles, Lynwood, Cudahy, El Monte, Baldwin Park and other locations.
Mimi Song, chairman and CEO of Superior Grocers, said the kiosks are a way to provide customers convenience and added value. Superior Grocers will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the installation of the DMV kiosks at 10 a.m. on Aug. 3 at the Lynwood location on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
