California residents can access Department of Motor Vehicles services 24 hours a day at a self-serve kiosk in the San Francisco main post office at 1300 Evans Ave. Suite 30, according to a press release. It allows residents to complete 10 common DMV tasks without visiting a field office.

The DMV also has kiosks in post office lobbies in Los Angeles, Oakland, Paradise, Rancho Cordova and Sacramento. The kiosks accept credit/debit cards and cash.

The DMV operates 365 kiosks statewide, including in post offices, retail locations and AAA offices.
