Building Intelligence Inc. has announced the launch of its new kiosk software called SV3 Kiosk on Apple's App Store for Apple Mobile Products. It is designed to act as a security solution for registering visitors and vehicles, according to the press release.

The kiosk solution will be showcased at the International Security Conference ISC West on April 6-8 in Las Vegas. At the show, users will get to see the kiosk software integrated with Software House CCURE 9000 access control solution, which allows the kiosk to pre-register visitors and track entry and exit.

Each kiosk can be customized to provide corporate logos and greetings. The check-in process is designed to be simple for both pre-registered and non-registered visitors.

The SV3 Kiosk is designed to connect to Building Intelligence's cloud-based service to check visitor information with "Watch Lists" and "VIP Lists." It can also be integrated with the SV3 Vehicle product to check license plates and register vehicles.

"Many of our clients have standardized their mobile solutions on iOS. Visitors are looking for a better experience," said Jeffrey Friedman, CEO of Building Intelligence. "In combination with the SV3 Cloud Connector, SV3 Kiosk can be used to extend visitor management functionality to traditional server-based physical access control systems. SV3 brings some of the unique advantages of cloud-based computing to some of the distinct advantages of server-based physical access control. SV3 Kiosk will reduce security staffing requirements and eliminate long lines of visitors."
