Budget Hotels to use WiseNav technology

December 15, 2004

VANCOUVER, British Columbia and EDMONTON, Alberta - WiseNav has signed an agreement with Budget Hotels Network Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BUDH), an on-line travel and accommodation reservations provider, according to a news release. WiseNav is a division of WiseVillage Inc., a Canadian manufacturer of WiseNav spatial navigation software and the new WiseStation super kiosks.

This agreement gives Budget Hotels exclusive rights to WiseNav software and WiseStation kiosk hardware for use and distribution in and to the hospitality industry.

The agreement also sets out terms for Budget Hotels' subsidiary, Info Center, Inc., to use WiseStation kiosks to replace all of its static advertising kiosks located in Amtrak and Greyhound bus stations in major cities throughout North America. The deal, worth more than $809,000 (USD), will begin with a pilot project in New York City.

"It was the WiseNav spatial navigation software that made the decision easy for us," said Michael Jones, president of Budget Hotels. "We were looking to upgrade our current offering to something that will immediately engage our customers visually, while at the same time continue to provide the reliable access to information and services our customers have come to expect."

The WiseNav software used on the WiseStation kiosks will also be incorporated in Info Center's new Web site, to be activated in conjunction with the distribution of the new kiosks.
