Brooklyn Dumpling Shop expands to Georgia

Brooklyn Dumpling Shop, a restaurant based on the historic Automat concept utilizing self-service lockers, signed a multi-unit franchise agreement to bring the brand to Georgia, according to a press release. Franchisee Patrick Fisher agreed to bring at least five units to Atlanta.

Brooklyn Dumpling Shop is on track to meet its target growth trajectory of 250 units in development within two years after a year of growth since its inception in 2020.

Since the opening of the first store in New York's East Village, the brand has signed franchise deals for more than 35 units throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Texas and Florida.
