CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif. - Broadax Systems Inc. has launched a new personal computer for kiosk and point-of-sale applications, the RMS-4000, stressing the unit's ruggedness and small footprint.

The RMS-4000, which can run up on an 850 MHz central processing unit, is an all-in-one computer and monitor with a 14.1-inch flat panel - a 15.1-inch panel is also available.
