LONDON -- British Airways, one of the first international airlines to advocate the use of self-service check-in kiosks, is taking its e-ticketing services to Bangladesh.
The paperless ticketing system is expected to save passengers time and offer them more flexibility, according to a company news release. British Airways is the first international airline to offer e-ticketing in Bangladesh.
The airline company has more than 180 self-service check-in kiosks at airports in Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States. In August, British Airways announced it was turning to kiosks to organize its in-house affairs (See story:British Airways watching the clock with new software system).
