Next week, the Self-Service Innovation Summit will host attendees hailing from diverse backgrounds when the event, now in its fourth year, convenes in Miami. From Monday through Wednesday, decision makers will hear keynotes and panel discussions on self service challenges and opportunities at the Loews Coral Gables in Miami.

One of the best attended sessions has always been the final session, the "Thought Leader Roundtable," scheduled for 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday. During this session, industry leaders will share ideas on the most thought provoking developments in self service.

The session has sometimes been referred to as "the brainstorming of the brainstorming."

Participants will offer ideas on platforms using self service connected retail, meeting customer expectations, how new tech is impacting self service, and what their key takeaways have been from the Summit.

Panelists will include:

  • Sean Albertson, founder and chief experience officer, CX4ROCKS.
  • Marc Crocquet, vice president of business services, Nova Southeastern University.
  • Steve Lieber, vice president of franchise development, BurgerFi.
  • Ashye Marcus, senior business development leader, Just Walk Out tech by Amazon.
  • Neil Thompson, vice president of digital, HMSHost.

Bill Stutzman, director of strategic initiatives at Ventus, will moderate the session.
