The Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles has surpassed its goal for its BMV Connect Kiosks for 2025. It had set the goal of 1.45 million transactions, but got more than 1.55 million transactions in 2025 instead, according to a press release.

The BMV has 74 kiosk locations and 110 machines. It first began deploying these kiosks in 2017. They provide a number of services including new registrations, renewals, drivers license and ID renewals and duplicate titles.

"If a Hoosier wants to renew their registration or driver's license at midnight, we want them to have that option," Courtney Holt, BMV director of branch operations, said in the release. "Meeting customers' needs has always been our philosophy and that will continue to guide us moving forward. Our number one priority is always customer experience."
