Blu-ray makes its way to supermarket kiosks

ContactMusic.com: The introduction of Blu-ray movies at DVDPlay rental kiosks at Safeway-owned supermarkets in California has been described as "a great experience" by Tom Szwak, vice president of video for DVDPlay. "Throughout 2009, we look forward to seeing the number of kiosks we operate in their stores expand."
DVDPlay is the first major video-kiosk operator to offer high-definition Blu-ray movies for rent.
