Blazing Onion opens new location with kiosks

Self-service kiosks are coming to the Alderwood Mall in Lynwood, Wash., a suburb of Seattle, according toLynnwood Today.

Construction is underway at the mall to turn a former Ruby's Diner into the Blazing Onion Burger Company. This will be the restaurant's fourth location. The other three are also in Washington.

The restaurant, which features more than 25 burgers on its menu, entices guests with self-ordering kiosks that send text messages to customers when their orders are ready for pick-up. The restaurant also features 30 high-definition televisions and Coca-Cola Freestyle machines that allow patrons to customize drinks.
