Bitcoin Depot expands kiosk network, names 2 executives

Bitcoin Depot, a multi-currency, cryptocurrency exchange kiosk network, has expanded to more than 1,000 BTMs worldwide and added two executive positions, according to a press release.

In the last eight months, Bitcoin Depot has doubled the size of its network of BTMs which exchange cryptocurrency into digital cash.

The company named its first c-suite member to join CEO Brandon Mintz. Scott Buchanan, who joined Bitcoin Depot in 2019 as vice president of finance, is now CFO.

The company also named Jason Sacco as vice president of operations. He joins Bitcoin Depot after 15 years at Cardtronics.
