Biometrics eliminates ""buddy punching,"" saves money

Gizmag: A recent study by Nucleus Research found that there are definite benefits to biometric employee time-clock systems. Among other rewards, such devices eliminate "buddy punching" - in which someone clocks a friend in for work - and the study shows that companies save an average 2.2 percent of gross payroll annually by using such terminals.
