AVT launches vending machine parts website

May 14, 2014

Corona, California-based AVT has launched www.avtparts.com, a website that allows vending machine owners, operators and field technicians to find and purchase replacement parts for their systems, 24-hours a day. The website also features new, used and refurbished complete systems for sale.

AVT's website offers technical advice, how-to guides, schematics, and operation manuals, according to the company's announcement. AVT also is creating a series of training videos that will demonstrate how to replace many key components.

"As part of our ongoing commitment to service, we will provide vendors with fast access to components, as well as troubleshooting tips and repair guides, so that their machines can be kept in top operating condition at all times," AVT CEO James Winsor said in the announcement.

AVT said its parts website features components for many popular styles of vending machines, including:

  • Coffee vending: air breaks, boilers, canisters, water circuits;
  • Payment systems: bill acceptors, coin mechanisms, card readers;
  • General components: power supplies, elevators, motors, thermostats, sensor cards, gears, water pumps, cables, lock and key sets, motherboards.

"Now people can quickly find the component or system they need, along with easy to follow instructions that make swapping out a new part a snap." Shannon Illingworth, AVT’s founder and chairman, said in the announcement.
