Automated soft-serve ice cream machine debuts in California

Golden Goose Enterprises Inc., a Sheridan, Wyoming based equipment wholesaler, has begun installing automated soft-serve ice cream machines in Southern California malls, according to a Forbes report.

The company has installed nine machines with plans to install 2,400 nationwide over the next three years through franchisees.

The machine, made in China, costs $22,000, according to Jilbert Petrosian, owner of Golden Goose Enterprises.

The company is negotiating with frozen yogurt brands to sell frozen yogurt through the machines.

The company plans to begin a crowd funding campaign on StartEngine.com.
