Automated kiosks on way for ferry tolls

The Seattle Post-Intelligencer: Automated drive-thru toll booths should be operating at all the ferry terminals by the end of the year, speeding up ticketing and quelling complaints. The booths are part of Washington State Ferries' new $12.8 million electronic fare system, Wave2Go, which lets riders buy tickets online and print them at home or at terminal kiosks.
