Auto dealership installs Toshiba multifunction printers

Bowser Automotive has deployed multifunction printers from Toshiba America Business Solutions at the dealership's four Pittsburgh area locations to simplify the car buying experience, according to a press release
The 52 e-Studio facilitates diverse workflows — from sales and marketing to accounting and human resources – to meet Bowser's document management needs. As a result, scanning, emailing and wirelessly printing are more efficient and secure for the automotive group's customers and staff.
"The company's MFPs are saving us time and money by automating many of our day-to-day tasks, and more importantly, enabling us to better serve our customers," Gary Bowser, Bowser Automotive owner, said in the release.
The e-Studio MFPs produce such essential documents as employee onboarding paperwork, marketing materials, body shop repair orders, customer car contracts and more.
The devices also handle the sensitive and security-intensive processing of order paperwork to the state of Pennsylvania Department of Motor Vehicles and Bowser's automobile manufacturer partners.
Wireless printing enables Bowser associates and shoppers alike to print time-sensitive documents from anywhere across the automotive group's four sites.
