According to stltoday.com, AT&T's new 5,900-square-feet store in Brentwood, Mo., willfeature a new guided selling kiosk, which includes a rate-plan recommendation tool that customers can use on their own or with the assistance of an AT&T representative. The tool asks customers a few simple questions, and based on their responses, recommends the most appropriate rate plan.In addition to mobile phone plans, the kiosk also provides information for GoPhone, AT&T's pay-as-you go mobile phone, wireless data access for laptops and smartphone data plans. New device filters allow customers to sort and compare devices and select the best device for them.
