Art vending machines expand in North Carolina

Visitors at Storm Rhum Bar in Asheville, North Carolina can now buy art items from a "Curio" machine which offers origami practice kits, storytelling games, puzzle boxes, paperback books, magnets, key charms, prints, stickers, funky shoelaces and more, according to an AVL Today report.

The items are available for up to $20.

The converted glassfront snack machine is owned by local artists Bunny Eaton and Ben Loomis, who now operate nine such machines with several more planned.
