Arizona city installs 24/7 bill payment kiosk

Yuma, Arizona has introduced a self-serve kiosk for paying water bills outside the main entrance of City Hall that is available 24/7, according to a press release.

Residents with an active city services account can view their balance, make a full or partial payment and get a printed receipt.

The kiosk accepts credit/debit cards or cash, but does not make change. Any amount paid beyond the current balance is credited to the account. There is a nominal fee for using the kiosk.
