Arista develops ruggedized wireless LCD panel computer

FREMONT, Calif. - Arista Corporation - an industrial computer solutions provider and system integrator that offers services for computers and panel PCs in harsh environments -has developed a ruggedized wireless LCD panel computer, the ARP-2015, according to a news release.

The ARP-2015 supports an array of applications such as material handling, warehousing and manufacturing automation. The ARP-2015's strengthened glass or resistive touchscreen protects the LCD panel from scratching, the release added. It also has an aluminum bezel with a heavy-duty reinforced steel chassis.

"The ruggedized intuitive touchscreen interface is ideal for various industrial environments such as machine control and factory automation," said Stewart Austin, director of sales for Arista.
