Arby's explores touchscreen ordering

East Valley Tribune (Arizona): Arby's is the latest big-name fast-food chain to explore using kiosks to take orders at the counter. Three Arby's locations in Arizona have installed touchscreens, and a company spokesperson says "some of the busiest Arby's restaurants will be seeing them in the future," depending on customer reaction.
