FORT WORTH, Texas - American Airlines (NYSE:AMR) reached a technological milestone on Jan. 22 with the announcement that more than 1 million passengers have taken advantage of its OneStop Self-Service check-in kiosks.
The kiosks, available at 26 airports through the United States, allow passengers to check in, check baggage, make a seat assignment, and obtain a boarding pass.

To honor the milestone, American announced that first-time kiosks users will receive 500 bonus frequent flyer miles until June 30.
