ST. LOUIS -- American Airlines (NYSE:AMR), saying it was vital to meet customer demand at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport, has added six more self-service check-in kiosks, increasing the number of American kiosks there to 10.
The airline placed four kiosks at its ticket counter and added two more at its C concourse customer-service center. American's kiosks allow passenger to check in, select seats, obtain boarding passes, and check luggage.
American officials on April 24 said the self-service check-in kiosks have been used more than 70,000 times at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport since their introduction last December.
